ANOINTING OF THE SICK

If anyone is sick either chronically or temporarily, it is appropriate that the Sacrament of the Sick (Anointing) be celebrated. PLEASE CONTACT THE PARISH HOUSE - especially if there is a sudden illness. Mass with the Anointing of the Sick is celebrated at regular intervals - see under "The Liturgy - Mass and Sacraments".

GIVING SUNDAY

Giving Sunday is celebrated on the First Sunday of each month. Gifts of non-perishable food for distribution by the St. Vincent de Paul Society may be left in the box in the church grounds. A Special Collection is taken on this day for the works of the St. Vincent De Paul Society and other special needs or nominated appeals or charities.
